Q. Can I have a sponge cake instead of fruitcake?
A. Yes, or you can have a selection of both on multi tier cakes!

Q. Can you deliver our wedding cake?
A. Yes, wedding cakes can be delivered; we are happy to discuss this service when you book your cake. Sorry, but we do not offer a delivery service on celebration cakes.

Q. Do I have to choose something from your website galleries?
A. No, your cake is bespoke and made especially for you! The cakes you see in our gallery are just a guide to help you choose.

A. It is best to come into our shop and discuss your needs with one of our staff. Contact details can be found here

Q. How much notice do you need for a wedding cake?
A. We need at least four months notice to create your special wedding cake. It is best to give as much notice as possible as certain times of the year are very busy. If your cake is needed in a hurry, we will try our utmost however we cannot always promise to be successful. Please call us for check availability.

Q. How much notice do you need for a celebration cake?
A. We need at least two weeks notice to create celebration cakes. Its always better to give more notice if you can to avoid possible disappointment.

Q. Do I need to book an appointment?
A. No, We are open 7 days a week at Amerton craft centre, feel free to pop in at your convenience.

Q. How much deposit will I have to pay and when is the balance due?
A. Wedding cakes require a £100 deposit, the balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Celebration cakes require a 50% deposit, the balance is due upon collection.

Q. Is the price on the website the price I will pay?
A. We do our utmost to ensue that the prices on the website are the prices you will pay. From time to time there can be delays in publishing cost changes to our website. The prices seen on our site are not a written contract but a guide to the cost; after all we make all our cakes to individual requirements. In some circumstances the cakes on display may have been designed using larger bases or with additional personal touches which increases the price, other times where less work has been involved the price may be lower.  It is always best to call us to discuss your requirements.

Q. Can I hire a cake stand from you?
A. Yes, specialist items such as this can be hired for a small fee.
